How is the quality of our watches?

We offer models in both Japanese quality and premium Swiss quality.


What is the difference between Swiss and Japanese quality watches?

The difference between Swiss and Japanese quality watches lies in the type of steel used, as well as in the manufacturing process and machinery.

Models in Japanese quality use 316L stainless steel, while Swiss quality models are made from 904L stainless steel, which is significantly more durable, resistant to rust and corrosion, but also more expensive and complex to manufacture.

Swiss quality models are produced using machinery designed to replicate Swiss technologies and standards, resulting in higher precision and superior finishing.


Can you send me additional pictures of the desired model?

Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive — including some from competitors — we provide additional photos only to our existing customers.


Does the second hand move smoothly or tick?

Yes, the second hand sweeps smoothly at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour (bph).


Will I receive a tracking number?

After processing your order within 1–2 days, we will send you the tracking number via email and also keep you updated via your phone number.

From processing to delivery, it may currently take 8–15 business days.


Do the watches have ceramic bezels?

Yes. If the authentic model features a ceramic bezel, our corresponding model will also include a ceramic bezel.


Does the watch come with original packaging and papers?

Every watch purchased from our shop is delivered in an elegant gift box.


How fast is delivery?

Once payment is confirmed, we process your order in our warehouse for 1–2 days. After that, shipping may take an additional 8–15 business days until delivery.

Note: During periods of high warehouse demand, processing times may extend up to 8–15 days.


What type of glass do you use?

All our watches feature highly durable, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass.


Can I pay with my VISA or MasterCard?

We recommend using MoneyGram or Western Union, as Visa and MasterCard policies may restrict transactions related to our products.

However, we process Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover for a limited time. If you do not see the option at checkout, please try again later.


Do you ship to my country?

Due to recent pandemic-related restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to certain countries.

If your country does not appear among the checkout options, it means that we are not shipping there at this time.


What movement do the watches use?

Depending on the selected quality level, our watches are equipped with either Japanese movements or high-quality Swiss ETA movements.


Are the watches waterproof?

Our Swiss watches are waterproof.

Our Japanese watches are water-resistant only; we do not recommend swimming or showering with them. Submerging the watch in water voids the warranty.
